Guide For Your Jaw Exerciser

Before using the Jaw Exerciser, stretch your mouth muscles.
Doing side to side motions, forward and back and stretching
your mouth open and closed.

1. Before training, wash the exerciser in clean warm water

2. Place the exerciser on your front teeth

3. Start chewing vertically. Chew for about 2-3 minutes or until you feel tired in your jaw muscles

4. Relax for 1 minute

5. Repeat this cycle for 10-20 minutes per day, or every other day.

Three Resistances

Why have we made three different resistances? 

Your facial muscles are not used to this kind of training for the intermediate or advanced one.
So we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you start with our Level 1
(“Blue”) to warm up your muscles and also achieve the best results possible. You can then progress on to the Intermediate (“Red”) and finally the Advanced (“Black”) Jaw Exerciser.

We typically recommend a progression from one level to the next after 2-4 weeks of use.

Because we know that everyone progresses at a different pace, we recommend you start using the next level when you feel like your workouts are becoming too easy.
